Damage caused after delivery through wear, improper handling, laundering, alteration or accidental snagging is generally not treated in the same way as a product that arrived defective.
What Happens After We Receive Your Return
Eligible refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. The time required for funds to appear can also depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original Shipping Charges
Unless required by applicable law or specifically approved because of an error for which Charmora Studio is responsible, original shipping charges may be non-refundable.

How to Take Your Measurements
For the most accurate result, wear fitted clothing or undergarments and use a soft measuring tape. Keep the tape level around your body without pulling it too tightly. Stand naturally and avoid holding your breath or tightening your waist while measuring.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the tape straight across your back.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually slightly above your belly button.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Height
Measure barefoot from the top of your head to the floor, especially when choosing longer gowns.

How Different Styles Are Designed to Fit
Corset & Structured Styles
These designs are intended to feel more fitted through the bust and waist. If your measurements fall between sizes, selecting the larger size usually offers greater comfort.
Babydoll & Puff Skirts
The upper body may fit closer while the skirt is intentionally full. Prioritize your bust and waist measurements rather than the volume of the skirt.
Mermaid Gowns
Mermaid silhouettes are designed to follow the waist and hips before widening toward the hem. Check both waist and hip measurements carefully.
Layered Gothic Sets
For two-piece sets, use the measurement of the most fitted component as your main sizing reference. Adjustable ribbons or waist details may provide additional flexibility.
Halter Dresses
Halter necklines may offer some adjustment through the upper body, but the waist and bust should still remain within the recommended range.
Long Evening Gowns

Choosing the Right Size
- If your bust and waist correspond to different sizes, choose the size that fits the larger measurement.
- For structured corset pieces, avoid choosing a size smaller simply to create a tighter appearance.
- For non-stretch fabrics, allow enough room for comfortable sitting, walking and movement.
- For fitted mermaid dresses, pay particular attention to both waist and hip measurements.
- For layered mini skirts and puff silhouettes, the skirt itself may have significant volume even when the waist is fitted.
Stretch, Lace & Layering
Our collection includes lace, mesh, tulle-style layers, sequined materials, woven fabrics, structured panels and faux-leather accents. These materials can behave very differently when worn.
Soft mesh and stretch fabrics may provide more flexibility, while structured bodices, heavy lace, sequined panels and corset-style construction generally offer less stretch. Decorative overlays and layered skirts may also create more visual volume than the underlying garment.
Special Notes for Statement Pieces
Many Charmora Studio designs feature exaggerated silhouettes, layered skirts, bows, feathers, ribbons, lace panels or decorative structures. These elements are intentionally dimensional and may look different depending on your height, body proportions and styling.
Mini dresses may appear shorter on taller wearers, while full-length gowns may require heels or minor hemming depending on your height. Layered tulle and cage-inspired silhouettes may also require gentle reshaping after shipping to restore their intended volume.
For pieces with sequins, feathers or sculptural details, fit should allow enough room to move without placing excessive tension on decorative areas.
